JN. Karthik founded Vianmax to bring software architecture, algorithmic trading, AI automation and technology education together in one company.

His career began in technology education. He co-founded Prudent Technologies, a Chennai company focused on embedded-systems and telecom-software training. He went on to found and lead Microtel Informatics, which delivered IT infrastructure and enterprise web development and carried out R&D in algorithmic trading for stock and forex markets. At Jana Venture he ran a proprietary trading operation built on algorithmic and quantitative strategies across NSE and BSE, while building the trading software that became the technical foundation of AlphaSync.

At Vianmax he leads product, architecture and the company's work with colleges and institutional partners.
