AlphaSync is software that executes rules defined by the user through the user's own broker account. Strategy logic, parameters, risk limits and the decision to trade are the user's. Automated systems can fail because of connectivity, data, broker or exchange issues. Risk controls reduce, but cannot eliminate, the risk of loss.
5. Brokers and third parties
Broker connections are made through each broker's official API and authorised by the account holder. Brokers, exchanges and data providers are independent third parties; their services are governed by their own terms. Naming a broker or partner does not imply that it endorses Vianmax's products.

Our systems are designed with applicable SEBI and broker requirements in mind. Vianmax does not claim any SEBI or exchange approval or certification. Regulatory requirements differ by use case and change over time; users should confirm their obligations with their broker or a qualified compliance professional.

Our workshops and courses teach how markets and trading systems work. They use virtual capital for practice and do not provide personalised advice. Certificates confirm participation or completion, not professional qualification or registration.
